Young Thai coconut water provides a light, naturally sweet base packed with electrolytes, perfect for rehydrating after a hot day. A pinch of Celtic sea salt helps replenish essential minerals lost through sweat, supporting optimal hydration and balance. For extra creaminess and a boost of healthy fats and potassium, a touch of avocado can be added, creating a silky texture that rounds out this vibrant, nourishing smoothie.
