Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup (frozen)
  • 1/4 (frozen)
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 scoop
  • 3/4 cup
  • 1
  • 2-3 tbsp
  • strawberries
  • banana
  • matcha
  • vanilla protein powder
  • unsweetened almond milk
  • medjool date
  • Nutpods creamer

Preparation

  1. Blend strawberry layer: frozen strawberries + a splash of almond milk until thick. pour into glass + freeze for 5–10 mins.
  2. Blend matcha layer: banana, matcha, protein powder, and almond milk until smooth. Pour slowly over strawberry using back of a spoon.
  3. Blend date foam: blend 1 date with 1 tbsp water until smooth, then froth it with Nutpods until airy. Pour on top.
