Warranty Terms

Scope of Coverage  

This limited warranty applies to genuine Beast® Blenders purchased from Spree TV Limited (“us/we”) or its authorised retailers for use in the United Kingdom.   

Warranty Period and Coverage  

Your Beast® Blender is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase. This warranty is provided at no additional cost and applies only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable unless otherwise agreed by us and is limited to domestic household use only.

If your product develops a fault covered by this warranty, we will, at our discretion:

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and does not affect your legal rights. Under UK law, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.

You are responsible for the costs of returning the product to us. We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement or repaired product back to you within the UK.

Limitation of Liability   

To the extent permitted by law, Brand Creations Marketing Limited’s liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the original purchase price of the product. We exclude liability for any indirect or consequential losses.

This warranty applies to domestic household use only. Any commercial use will void this warranty.
