YOUR CUSTOMER RIGHT OF RETURN AND REFUND
1. If you choose to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products, you can inform us of your decision to cancel the Contract and receive a refund including your original p&p. Refunds will only be issued once the returned Products are received by us. We have the right to refuse refunds or provide a partial refund if the returned Products have been mishandled by you.
2. We also offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee for our products. If a product is covered by this guarantee, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 calendar days after receiving your products and receive a refund of the full product price (excluding p&p) as long as the item is in resalable condition with its original packaging, instructions, contents, and any free items received with your order. Cancellations after this period will not be accepted.
3. The cancellation right outlined in clauses 1 and 2 does not apply to:
3.1. items that cannot be returned in the same condition they were supplied;
3.2. products that have been in contact with food;
3.3. unsealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons;
3.4. custom-made or personalised products.
4. To cancel an order, please contact us via email at help@beasthealth.co.uk. Keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your records. Your cancellation is effective from the date you sent the email or letter to us.

5. If you return a single item from a multi-buy discount offer, you will be refunded the full price of the item less any discount received. If all items purchased with the discount are returned, you will be refunded the full value of the discount. No refund will be issued if the value of the item returned is equal to or less than the discount value.
6. If the Products are returned due to being faulty or mis-described, we will comply with your statutory rights for a refund, repair, or exchange. If you receive a faulty or mis-described product please contact us via email at help@beasthealth.co.uk.
7. If you wish to exercise your rights to cancel or return goods:
7.1. You must return the Products promptly
7.2. Unless the Products are faulty, you are responsible for the return shipping costs
7.3. You are obligated to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession
8. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned Products ad issued to the original payment method used.
9. Information on your statutory rights to cancel and return your goods can be obtained from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
