  • 2 cups

  • softened
  • 4-6 drops
  • to taste
  • all-purpose flour
  • baking powder
  • cane sugar
  • salt
  • vanilla extract
  • vegetable oil or melted butter
  • cooled
  • eggs
  • room temp
  • milk
  • powdered sugar
  • salted butter
  • softened
  • food coloring (red or blue)
  • festive sprinkles

Preparation

  1. To make the cupcakes:
  2. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and prep your cupcake pan with liners + spray.
  3. In the BestHealth Mega, add the ingredients in the following order: milk, oil, vanilla, eggs, flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  4. Blend for 30-45 seconds or until all ingredients are fully broken down and the batter is smooth
  5. 4.
  6. Pour the batter into each cupcake liner (¾ full) and bake for 15-17 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean in the center.
  7. Once done, turn off oven and keep cupcakes inside with the oven door slightly open for about 2 minutes before taking them out.
  8. Remove from oven and Let them cool COMPLETELY before frosting.
  9. To make the frosting:
  10. Simply beat the softened butter in the bowl of an electric mixer (or using a hand-mixer) on medium-high speed, until smooth and pale.
  11. Add in the powdered sugar, vanilla, food coloring, and milk, continuing to mix on medium-speed until you reach the desired consistency----smooth and fluffy
  12. Add buttercream to a piping bag and pie onto cooled cupcakes and sprinkle with festive sprinkles generously.
