Ingredients

  • 1 head
  • 1 1/4 cups
  • 1/4 (finely chopped)
  • 1/3 cup
  • 3 (roughly chopped)
  • 1 (roughly chopped)
  • 1 lb
  • 1-2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 tbsp
  • to taste
  • as needed
  • cauliflower
  • milk of choice
  • onion
  • freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • garlic cloves
  • shallot
  • pasta of choice
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • Italian seasoning
  • butter
  • parsley
  • pasta water

Preparation

  1. Cut your cauliflower into small pieces and boil for about 15 minutes or until tender.
  2. While the cauliflower boils, sauté your onions for 2-3 minutes then add in the garlic and sauté until fragrant (for about 30 seconds).
  3. Once tender, strain the cauliflower and let it cool completely.
  4. Add your cooled cauliflower, milk, seasonings, garlic, shallot, and Parmesan cheese to your Beast and blend until smooth.
  5. In a pan on medium low heat add the Cauliflower Alfredo sauce and cook until warmed through.
  6. Top with Parmesan cheese, parsley, and your choice of protein.
