When the temperature rises, this 3-ingredient strawberry ice cream is about to become your new obsession. Just blend strawberries, chilled coconut milk, and honey, then freeze for at least 4 hours - that's literally it. The result is creamy, naturally sweet, and way simpler than dragging out an ice cream maker. Perfect for when you want something cold and satisfying without a million ingredients or complicated steps.

Ingredients

  • 1 can
  • 3 cups
  • 1/4 cup
  • unsweetened coconut milk (chilled)
  • fresh or frozen strawberries
  • raw honey

Preparation

  1. Pour coconut milk, strawberries and honey into your blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into storage container and freeze until solid (4+ hours).
