Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups
  • 1/2 cup
  • 1/4 cup
  • 1/4 cup
  • 1
  • juiced
  • 1 tsp
  • pinch
  • raw cashews
  • full-fat coconut milk
  • maple syrup
  • virgin coconut oil
  • lemon
  • juiced
  • vanilla extract
  • sea salt

Preparation

  1. In the Beast blender, add all of the frosting ingredients.
  2. Blend until a creamy consistency is achieved, scraping down the edges as needed.
  3. Transfer to an airtight container and place in the fridge to chill until thick in texture - about 4 hours to overnight.
  4. NOTE: Feel free to place in the freezer for 1-2 hours to fast-forward the chilling process.
  5. Store in the fridge for up to 7 days or in the freezer for 1 month, defrosting as needed.
