This smoothie is a Nutrition Blend – our take on a traditional smoothie – just with more fruits & vegetables optimized with nutrients that boost our immune systems.

To blend, add all ingredients to the Blending Vessel in the order listed. Simply hold down the button for >1 second to initiate the one-minute timed blending cycle.

  • 1/2 cup

  • 1/4 cup
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp

  • 1 1/2 tsp
  • 1 scoop
  • spring water
  • ice cubes
  • frozen ripe bananas
  • raw pistachios
  • medjool dates
  • pitted
  • tahini
  • vanilla
  • Ceylon cinnamon
  • salt
  • cardamom (optional)
  • maca powder (optional)
  • collagen (optional)

Preparation

  1. First, soak* the pistachios overnight in spring or filtered water.
  2. Next, drain the pistachios and add them to the Beast blender, along with the 1 1⁄2 cups spring or filtered water
  3. Lastly, add in the remaining ingredients and blend again until completely smooth.
  4. Garnish with a sprinkle of Ceylon cinnamon and enjoy.

  6. Soaking the pistachios allows them to soften up to help create a smoother pistachio milk consistency, reduce phytic acid and enzyme inhibitors, and increase the bioavailability of important nutrients and minerals in the pistachios.
